Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Officer to join a Housing client in South Yorkshire on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an asbestos compliance professional with experience managing asbestos safety within domestic housing portfolios, ensuring statutory compliance and supporting wider building safety functions.
Overview of the role The successful candidate will support the delivery of asbestos compliance activities across a large residential portfolio. You will coordinate asbestos surveys, re-inspections, removals and remediation works whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance and internal asbestos management procedures.
