Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious surveyor or analyst to join our team ideally we are looking for someone based in the Midlands, UK. The role will be a mixture of Home/Site/office-based work.
Responsibilities:
Working across the UK to travel to client sites, as and when requiredCompletion of site works defined within the scope of works provided by the Project ManagerCommunicating effectively with stakeholders including clients and contractors on site, providing feedbackReporting issues on sites to Project Managers and clients where necessaryAdvising clients of asbestos liabilities and management requirementsTraining, supervision and auditing of other members of staff as required (dependent on experience)Accurately recording site data and generation of test reports / certificates in a timely mannerTaking representative site photographs and preparation of annotated site plansCompleting qua...
