As a Payroll Officer, you will manage payroll operations, social security, and tax activities for employees and pensioners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Payroll Operations
Manage and review end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Validate salary adjustments, benefits, and pension-related changes
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and pensioners
Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and support monthly reconciliations in collaboration with Finance
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries
