Job Objectives
To be responsible handling day to day incident and problem management for Retail Banking & Cards. This including Retail Banking, Deposits, Loans, ATM, Card 3DS Authentication, FAST and electronic banking channels. Capable of running small initiatives with peers and production managers Demonstrated continuous Improvement achievements To analyse the current demand trend of production incidents and to provide recommendation for demand deduction and improve efficiency. Being a coordinator to different team including Problem Resolution and Incident Management. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day production incident support and inquiry from business users, operational users and customers via contact center Able to handle incident and problem in 24-hour roster basis Capable to perform analysis on production incidents for demand deduction Good in handling problem and able to have resolution in timely manner Critical examination of requirements and understanding...
