**How You’ll Make an Impact**

As an **Art Director** at Epsilon, you’ll play a vital role in transforming client goals into visually impactful, digital-first brand experiences. You’ll lead concept development and execute across multiple marketing channels—including web, mobile, audio, and video—while applying sound creative judgment and navigating moderately complex creative strategy for your clients. In this collaborative environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Copywriters, Production Artists, Developers, Account Managers and Sales Directors, contributing to work that balances creativity with strategic performance.
