Job Description: We are seeking qualified individuals to fulfill the role of Lane Manager in support of the Special Forces Qualification Course at the Pineland Training Area. As a Lane Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing specific training lanes within the Pineland environment, ensuring the smooth execution of training exercises related to unconventional warfare (UW).

Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Provide support for the cadre team

+ Manage and supervise designated training lanes within the Pineland Training Area

+ Coordinate with course cadre and other personnel to ensure training objectives are met effectively

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to course participants during training exercises
