The Arrangements Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and performance of At Need Arrangements training programs. This role provides leadership through training, coaching, and development of associates across funeral and cemetery operations, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high quality service delivery. The Supervisor partners closely with Arrangements leadership and cross functional departments to ensure training effectiveness, operational readiness, and alignment with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
