Position Overview
Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role involves handling customer contracts, ensuring accurate booking operations, and acting as a focal point for sales and service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Download and process daily booking requests to be sent to customers within the required period.
- Handle all customer demands to ensure that requests are promptly attended.
- Ensure routes, weight, POL/PODs, commodities, temperature and all other information are accurate in the PIL system.
- Maintain good communication with other teams such as Documentation and Sales.
- Perform booking amendments and maintenance.
- File customer particulars to maintain consistency in PIL service.
- Follow up on bookings from regular / BID customers to ensure they arrive within the expected timeframe.
