Reporting to the Venue Management Team, the Arena Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Games Arena at the Gladiators Experience at the Birmingham NEC.
A key operational role, the Arena Supervisor will ensure the successful delivery of all arena-based activities, coordinating the warm‑up area, live games and queuing operations to deliver a seamless, safe and high‑energy experience for all participants.
