JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for revenue generation in multiple Merchandise venue locations, overseeing stock inventory, leading and overseeing the training of Team Members, ensuring Guest Service standards are met, and maintaining the operational readiness of indoor and outdoor Merchandise locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Oversee the daily operation of Merchandise locations including facets of service, merchandise presentation, and monitoring of inventory levels. Oversee the receiving of merchandise deliveries, stockroom maintenance, and stocking of the sales floor. Implement inventory controls to manage retail shrinkage. Ensure the accurate completion of the inventory process.

+ Ensure the safety of Guests and Team Members working within the Merchandise department by reviewing and revising safety practices and procedures and responding to potentially unsafe conditions. Coach and use feedback forms to document and maintain safe Team Member actions...
