Position Overview
Job Description:
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory effectively.
- Expand product distribution through potential outlets based on designated categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors within the assigned area.
- Drive market development for TACO products, particularly PVC Board, Hardware, Flooring.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
