Position Overview
Area Sales & Operations Manager (Education Centres) Location: Paya Lebar (Walkable from MRT)
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week 9am - 6pm (Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with fixed rest days on weekdays.)
Salary: Up to $6500 + Performance Bonus + 7 - 14 Days Leave (commensurate with experience)

Main Responsibilities - Manage sales, revenue, and cash collection KPIs across all centres.
- Lead Centre Manager meetings to align on targets and strategy.
- Train Centre Managers on sales conversion, objection handling, and consultative selling.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality centre messaging.
- Improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-enrolment conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
