The Role The purpose of this role is to drive sales and assist in the day-to-day retail operations of their customers, providing technical advice to customers on their product and service needs. Your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to:

First point of contact for retail as well as End User customers as required

Problem solve or assess a variety of challenges that arise day-to-day to achieve an outcome for the customers
