Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive the Mortgage business across Rajamundry and Vijayawad locations. The candidate will be responsible for area business growth, team management, channel development, and portfolio quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Mortgage (Home Loan / Loan Against Property) business for the assigned region

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers / Sales Officers

• Develop DSA, Connector, Builder, and Open Market channels
