Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead solution selling for complex system opportunities, coordinating stakeholders to deliver complete solutions. Manage and develop the agent network, collaborating effectively across internal functions and external partners. Participate in the global Project Pursuit Process and ensure structured handover, sign-off, and documentation for project business. Use sales tools and processes ( tools) and provide accurate inputs to forecasting and planning cycles (POR / SE&OP) while managing budget reporting. Actively identify new applications within existing customers and beyond to increase market share. Develop and execute strategic plans for each allocated country to grow sales, market participation, and profitability in line with budget and growth initiatives.
