Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager – will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth through development, planning and execution of the sales strategy for our company's equipment for our South Africa, Gauteng region.
Area Sales Manager – selling, training and Supporting our companies equipment:
- Increase market share by finding, signing, and developing new distributors for our companies equipment; and by training, guiding and developing existing distributors to help grow their sales in the region
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote continued growth of our company's product portfolio and achieve sales targets
- Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviation
