Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in sales or distribution, preferably in FMCG or related industry.

Strong knowledge in sales distribution and market development.

Good analytical and forecasting skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Able to build and maintain good relationships with distributors.

Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Willing to travel to assigned areas.
