YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales & Revenue Responsibility - Responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue. Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to meet the planned AOP.
  • Territory Managementย - Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive product penetration and market share.
  • New Business Developmentย - Identify new departments and specialties of existing accounts. Expand presence in group hospitals, chains & corporate accounts. Introduce new products and drive adoption within the network.ย 
  • Channel Management -ย Appoint, manage and evaluate distributors. Drive distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • KOL Management -ย Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholders and conduct regular visits to understand needs, resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
