Role Purpose
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution
expansion, market execution, infrastructure development, and team performance across the
assigned territory for the OTC Division.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets assigned to the Area/Zone.
Achieve Primary and Secondary Sales Volume targets for the assigned territory.
Drive market coverage, outlet expansion, and distribution objectives.
Ensure availability and visibility of OTC products across General Trade, Chemists,
Wholesale, and Modern Trade channels as applicable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, and
business partners.
Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and frontline sales
