Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Location: Cebu

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives within the assigned area, coordinating daily activities to ensure team productivity and effectiveness
• Break down regional sales targets into individual goals, assign specific territories, and monitor progress to meet sales and activation targets
• Conduct regular visits to partner merchant stores to ensure product visibility, POS materials and in‑store execution align with company standards
• Conduct on‑site training and coaching for new sales representatives and store staff on product knowledge, application processes, and selling skills
• Assist the RSM in maintaining strong relationships with key merchants, handle basic inquiries and resolve frontline issues promptly
