OVERVIEW
Responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned project/s by ensuring sales targets are
met, aligning sales strategies and consistent execution of company standards. Leads scaling sales
operations, strengthening broker networks and improving conversions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Oversee and ensure attainment of sales targets across all assigned projects
β’ Lead, coach, and manage multiple sales teams
β’ Strengthen and expand broker and seller networks across assigned areas
β’ Ensure all projects under the area are aligned with pricing, promos, and positioning
β’ Develop area-specific strategies based on market conditions and project lifecycle
β’ Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to management

β’ At least 8β12 years of sales experience in real estate, with 3β5 years in a leadership role
