Position Overview
The Area Sales Head leads and manages the sales operations. The role is responsible for achieving sales target through effective strategies, people development and operational excellence. This position is critical in building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries and strategic partners to strengthen the Company's market presence and reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in non-life insurance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of non-life insurance products
- Proven sales planning, execution, and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
