Distributor Management
Manage and develop assigned GT distributors to achieve company sales objectives.
Monitor distributor sales performance, stock holding, and market coverage.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors.
Ensure proper execution of company sales and trade programs.
Monitor distributor operational efficiency and manpower productivity.
Ensure healthy stock management and minimize aging stocks.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive sales growth and improve market share within assigned territory.
Ensure agreed sales-in plans are executed effectively with proper sales-out activities.
Identify business opportunities and potential outlets for expansion.
Drive focus SKU distribution and sales penetration.
