Sales Achievement & Execution: Deliver sales targets (volume, value, and distribution) within the assigned area. Execute trade promotions, visibility programs, and merchandising guidelines in outlets. Monitor competitor activities and recommend tactical actions to maintain market leadership.
Coverage & Distribution: Ensure numeric and weighted distribution growth across general trade, modern trade, and key outlets. Work with distributors to optimize route plans and ensure salesforce discipline in market coverage. Track secondary sales, productivity, and stock availability.
Team Supervision & Coaching Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives, Canvassers, and Merchandisers. Conduct joint field visits to improve selling skills and execution discipline. Provide regular performance feedback and identify training needs for the field team.
