Proactive recruitment and interviewing of technical candidates like you and appraising their suitability. Business development with clients including working to a strategic business plan. Assisting Senior Management with Professional Service Frameworks and contracts. Colleague management and support including mentoring, annual colleague progression reviews, planning training and career development. Attending networking events, socials and CPD seminars.
