Think strong culture, hands-on leadership, openings, systems, people development and the chance to grow alongside the brand. This isn't a sit-in-the-office role. They want someone organized, operationally strong and collaborative.
Someone who can jump between locations, support managers, build SOPs, help open new restaurants and still lead with the team instead of above it.
The business does a huge amount through delivery platforms, has a growing events side, and is actively expanding with multiple projects already in motion.
QSR experience could be a huge asset, but polished independent restaurant experience works too.
