Operational budget per assigned store is submitted for approval taking into consideration sales targets for per store.
Sales and operating income targets for stores in assigned area are achieved.
Overall inventory levels of all assigned stores are tracked to ensure that they are maintained within established minimum levels.
Overhead expenses of stores under his area are maintained at agreed targets.
Present and previous stores’ sales performance is taken into consideration in formulating proposed monthly/quarterly plans, which are submitted to Assistant/Operations Manager
