Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability in all stores within the assigned area
Monitor store performance and conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
Ensure that all stores are operating within company policies and procedures and are in compliance with local laws and regulations
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stores have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand
Hire, train, and manage the performance of store managers and staff within the assigned area
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff to improve performance and address any issues
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the assigned area and work with senior management to develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities
