Own day to day performance steering of assigned markets and ensure execution of strategies across all operational functions and fostering Business relationships.Drive achievement of Sales & Revenue targets and all supporting KPIs through structured meetings and corrective actions.Act as the operational interface between markets and PME departments, ensuring coordinated implementation of initiatives across Sales, Marketing, PR & Business Development.Support Head of Region in all strategic and planning topics related to their assigned markets.Maintain continuous oversight of market dynamics and proactively escalate risks, structural issues and opportunities. Represent their markets' interest within PME.
