Position Overview
Key Requirements:
B.Tech in Engineering (B.Eng preferred).
GCC qualification advantageous.
8–10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in maintenance and 2 years in project management.
Preferably experienced in the petrochemical or refinery industry.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability, project execution, budgeting, safety regulations, and industry standards (ASTM, ASME, API).
Experience with SAP, Maximo, Ariba, SmartPlant, and interpretation of P&IDs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance execution across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, and civil disciplines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and legal requirements, including acting as the GMR 2(7) appointee.
Manage maintenance budgets, projects, contractors, and performance KPIs.
