Work closely with Regional Head to implement distribution/network strategy and sales & services strategy. Agree overall budget and KPI targets as well as budget and targets per customer segments for the area/cluster with Regional Head and delegate budget and targets to the Branch/Cluster Managers in the area. Delivering the agreed budget & KPI targets in that area with managing supporting and monitoring branches branch/cluster managers sales & service teams performance.
Implements departmental policies systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a standardized quality costeffective service with high standard customer experience across all branches in that area.
