Position Overview
The Area Controller position has accountability for providing accurate and timely accounting of EMEAI GI Powder sites and Minerbio Liquid and other activities including implementation of internal controls to safeguard assets, accuracy of inventory and expense charges, and to maintain the reporting and recording of all production activity (raw materials, conversions, and finished goods).
Develop Annual Operating S&E and Capital Budgets for multiple direct and indirect plants, in conjunction with sites’ respective finance personnel. This includes working with the Plant Managers and Operating Groups to develop timely and accurate cost centre budgets to be previewed and approved by the Region Finance Director and submitted to Global Supply Chain Accounting on or before scheduled due dates.Prepare monthly site financial reports, or where applicable, oversee the preparation of monthly site financial reporting by site finance personnel.
