Position Overview
About the role
The ADM leads the entire Area Team (approx.2-3 resources) and ensures that primary and secondary sales (VOL & VAL) objectives are regularly being achieved. Develops the 'Route to Market' strategy together with the SM and ensures OTIF implementation. Manages performance of relevant stakeholders in the team, inclusive of direct reports, key accounts, and general customers.
Key responsibilities
- Strong understanding of territory geography, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Expertise in channel strategy, Route-to-Market (RTM) architecture, and key inputs/outputs (I&Os)
- Handsβon leadership of field operations, including distribution, market execution, and customer management
- Effective use of analytics and monitoring tools to track performance and drive decision-making
