What You’ll Do
Develop and grow relationships with independent and national distributors.
Build and execute a regional account plan aligned to our sales strategy.
Spend at least 4 days a week in the field meeting customers and driving activity.
Identify and influence project opportunities by engaging subcontractors and contractors.
Create pull‑demand, deliver take‑offs, track project pipelines and secure conversions.
Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants and Major Account Managers.
Support customer events, exhibitions and promotional activity.
