Responsibilities

• Proficiently execute welding operations using Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and TIG (GTAW) processes to create strong, durable joints.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to accurately plan and execute weldments according to specifications.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and beveling to ensure optimal weld quality and integrity.
• Select appropriate welding equipment, filler materials, and gases based on project requirements and metal types.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Hold relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1, D2, Ddemonstrating proficiency in multiple welding processes).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience as a certified welder in fabrication or manufacturing environments.
