About the role
We have a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join our expanding In-house Technical Team. Leading in the technical aspects of Architectural work on projects, producing and coordinating drawings packs, schedules and technical information for RIBA stages 4-5 under the direction of the Head of Technical.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Producing and coordinating architectural drawings and detailed design information. Compliance: Liaise and negotiate with building control, building warranty providers, LPA planning condition and other statutory authorities as appropriate to ensure all approvals are in place well in advance of project timings. Work with the project team to establish and manage the construction budget
