Position Overview

                    Description Job Title: Architectural Technologist
  Salary: £30, - £40,
  Location: Oldham
 
 We are working with the Architecture team of a successful multi-disciplinary property consultancy where the successful candidate will be working alongside team of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers as well as other construction professionals.
 
 This team offer a comprehensive range of progressional services to a variety of sectors including but not limited to social housing, local authority, private developers (both residential and commercial) and healthcare).
 
 Job Specification:
 Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 2 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment.
 Running numerous jobs simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others.
