Architectural Technologist - London - 6 Month Contract (Outside IR35)

An award leading architectural studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join on an initial 6 month contract basis. They offer hybrid working (opportunity to work from home 1 day per week), outside IR35 and immediate starts.

The role practice works on various sectors but the position would consist of assisting with the delivery of a hotel scheme (conversion from an existing building into a hospitality space).

Responsibilities

• Completing working drawing packages in Revit
• Lead projects when necessary and work independently on stage 4 type work
• Working collaboratively within a team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience ideally
• Proficiency in Revit, strong use on the technical stages (4-5)
