Job Description: Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project team members and sub-contractors to ensure proper follow-up on all technical requirements To plan trades schedule and coordinate architectural trade work, finishes, and interfacing with structural and M&E details. Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as per the project schedule. Plan and coordinate on-site activities, working closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure smooth execution. Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule.
