Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design team and oversee design development.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Review design proposals and provide innovative solutions for complex projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and project managers for smooth design integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with strong technical knowledge.
• At least 4 years’ experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed developments.
• Strong project management and client coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
