Design Culture (What It’s Like Here)

It’s a relaxed, engaging environment where good work happens—and by Friday afternoons, the pace naturally lightens as we wrap up the week.

The Role

This is a mid-level architectural design role where you’ll take ownership of project workstreams and occasionally lead smaller projects from concept through documentation. We work on projects at a national scale, giving team members a variety of experiences across various jurisdictions.

You’ll work closely with experienced designers while helping move projects forward—balancing design, documentation, and coordination.
