Involvement in project works from inception to completion
Responsible for planning, designing and implementing residential projects.
Create innovative high-quality architectural designs and design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans/ graphics/ documentation/ write-ups, specifications and all other project related materials
Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the site works
Monitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule
Attend project / technical / consultant meetings where required Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, BArch or MArch, from recognised and accredited institutions
