Position Overview

  About Us:  
 Gold Care Homes is a well-established national independent Care Homes group for the elderly. Gold Care Homes was established in 1999 and has since grown to operate 34 care homes across the South of England. The group offers a range of services which includes residential, nursing, frail elderly and dementia care. 
 We are currently expanding our Estates department and are seeking an experienced Architectural Assistant/ Technician to join our highly successful team reporting to the Development Director.
  Primary responsibilities include: 
 Production of drawing packs and supporting information for feasibility and planning stages, reporting directly to the Development Director.
 Project scales vary from large masterplans, to multi-unit schemes all the way through to interiors and furnishings. Primary focus on C2 and C3 schemes.
