Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms , healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting , and comprehensive BOQ preparation.
The position also involves conducting site assessments , ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements,
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural and execution drawings
Develop BOQ/BOM and technical details
Work on Auto CAD & Revit (mandatory)
Catia / Solid Works (Desirable)
Coordinate with Project sales team, vendors and suppliers
Support project execution and scheduling
Site visit, Supplier visit (Occasionally)
Ensure quality and documentation compliance
