Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in government projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works in compliance with government norms, standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for government projects.
Development of concept designs, working drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and local authority approvals.
Site visits, inspections, and monitoring of construction work to ensure design implementation.
