Job Responsibilities

Establish the development brief in regard to represent the overview of design ideas to be developed.

Manage the coordination between inter-discipline consultants.

Monitor the coordination between the consultants and the potential builder and/or builder (contractor) in regard to proposal submission.

Monitor the coordination of approval material and product samples to ensure quality and compliance with the design.

Conduct site visits to review the application of designs during construction phases, monitoring the design intent is implemented.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or equivalent in Architecture/Architectural Engineering.
• Knowledge of basic budgeting for property development.
• Sense of business development/feasibility study to establish new development.
