Summary This position is assigned to the Facilities Section; Facilities and Acquisitions Branch; Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Support Services; FFR; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Millington, TN. Incumbent is geographically located at a Region within the CNIC enterprise. The mission is to administer the Navy-wide program for the planning, project nomination, programming, design, construction, repair, renovation, alteration, conversion, and maintenance projects for FFR facilities.
