Job Title: Credit Support RepresentativeJob Description
The credit support representative is responsible for processing credit applications, creating customer accounts, and providing support to the credit and accounts receivable departments.
Responsibilities
+ Contact customers to obtain account information and create new customer profiles.
+ Initiate and expedite credit references.
+ Review credit application packages for completeness.
+ Post and balance payments to customer accounts, including lockbox, paper checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
+ Process credit card transactions.
+ Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies and assist customers with inquiries.
+ Prepare deposit slips for bank deposits.
+ Assist with audit preparation.
+ Print, match, and file paperwork.
+ Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
