Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor accounts receivable accounts.
Follow up with clients, insurance companies, and payers regarding outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and account activities.
Prepare aging reports and collection summaries.
