Role Description

We are currently seeking an AR Caller for a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for posting charges and payments to patient accounts, resolving billing issues, submitting claims to insurance companies, and following up on outstanding claims. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls requesting the status of claims in queue.
• Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments
• Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
• Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
